Job Summary: 

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Technical Recruiter in Austin,Texas with 3-5 years of experience recruiting Full Stack and Back-End engineers, especially those in Machine Learning and AI domains. You will have a deep understanding of both the technical aspects of Full Stack and Back-End engineering and how they relate to ML and AI, enabling you to effectively assess and engage top-tier candidates. As a key member of the recruiting team, you will partner closely with hiring managers to source, interview, and hire the best technical talent to support our growing team.


Responsibilities: 

  • Source, engage, and hire top Full Stack and Back-End engineering talent with a focus on Machine Learning (ML) and AI roles. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, team dynamics, and technical needs. 
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, especially in Full Stack and Back-End development, as well as ML/AI expertise. 
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to final offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. 
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates using ATS systems like Greenhouse and Ashby.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, especially in AI/ML technologies, and apply that knowledge to attract top candidates. 
  • Provide clear and consistent communication with candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team throughout the process. 


Requirements: 

  • BA/BS college degree required, engineering degree or background is preferred.
  • Must have a thorough understanding of ML/AI, Full Stack and Back-End engineering practices and technologies. 
  • 3-5 years of experience recruiting for Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) engineers with a focus on Full Stack and Back-End Engineers. 
  • Proven experience recruiting in fast-paced startup environments with a focus on technical engineering talent specific to the Austin market.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Greenhouse and Ashby.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and candidates in a high-demand environment.
  • Previous experience recruiting for specialized ML/AI roles, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. 
  • Familiarity with recruiting strategies for Full Stack and Back-End developers working in agile environments.
