Kimmeridge is an alternative asset manager focused on the energy industry. Responsibilities
- Contributing to the team’s success by collecting, validating, and maintaining a well database
- Contributing to the team’s success by preparing technical analysis, reports, maps, and slides
- Monitor and report daily operations and production data.
- Initiating, maintaining, and improving processes for connecting with and regularly maintaining data sets from portfolio company teams and data repositories.
- Supporting the collation and migration of data sets between GIS, Engineering, & Geology software platforms, if needed.
- Maintaining (and building, where needed) organizational structures for keeping multiple data sets in order, easily accessible, and continuously updated efficiently.
- Applying a “Team-first” mindset to communicate effectively with the team and understanding goals that will help prioritize near term and long-term goals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- +4 years of oil and gas industry experience - Preferably with an operator.
- Effective communicator with the ability to present data clearly to an audience (in-person and virtually via zoom/teams/etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Enverus, Spotfire, and ComboCurve.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or similar query language would be a big plus, though not required.
- Experience with GIS software also a plus, though not required.

During each fiscal year of employment, employees will be eligible to earn a discretionary annual incentive bonus, based on company and individual performance targets.
