OpenNet.pl is a leading provider of technological solutions for the logistics industry. Our main product is an ecosystem called Trucker (Transportation management system) helping our multiple clients handling their daily logistics operations. We have been a part of the Allegro Group since 2021 and together we are working on Allegro logistics operations and the green Allegro One Box parcel machines, of which there are over 4000 across Poland and Czech Republic!

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead a team of .NET Engineers who create powerful and stable solutions, ensuring our customers receive fast and convenient delivery of their orders.

This role involves both people management and technical support of the team. However, we offer flexibility in balancing the proportion of these responsibilities to ensure effectiveness for both the leader and the team. 

We are looking for people who:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience leading agile teams of 5-7 members

  • Have experience in .NET development, Azure and PostgreSQL experience is a plus

  • Are seasoned experts in software development and system architecture

  • Can and want to take care and responsibility for their team’s development, have excellent communication skills, and value the "servant leadership" approach

  • Have the ability to manage and build relationships in a team of skilled engineers and across closely collaborating teams

  • Can listen, motivate and provide constructive feedback as well as select adequate development activities for their team

  • Can present the necessary technical work in the context of business risks

  • Can work closely with the business (can reconcile technical and business issues) and care about business results

  • Enjoy constant developing, updating and sharing their knowledge

  • Know English language on at least B2 level (experience in managing English-speaking team members is a plus)

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

  • Building a team of skilled engineers to efficiently deliver business value through technical work

  • Leading the team in an agile environment

  • Facilitating close cooperation with other teams

  • Actively shaping the product and its development roadmap by being a partner to a Product Manager

  • Developing team’s members by taking into account individual preferences and needs to achieve mastery and autonomy while fulfilling the purpose of employee and the organisation

  • creating and managing ideas in the team technology excellence area

  • Algorithmic-architectural Interview - conceptual system design and conversation about selected solutions, discussion about security, monitoring and performance
  • HR/Leader Interview - a final interview with a Recruiter and a Senior Manager. We will ask you competency-based questions related to your leadership experience and soft skills. During this meeting you will learn more about the team and have an opportunity to ask any additional questions regarding the role
