Boeing Poland sp. z o.o. EFSBoeing Poland is looking for the Engineering Team Lead to join our Customer Support team in Rzeszow, Poland.
Position Responsibilities:
- Plan, lead, and perform detailed structural analysis (static strength, durability/fatigue and damage tolerance) to determine structural integrity (margins of safety), using classical techniques and Boeing tools
- Develop, integrate and document structural requirements
- Coordinate with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment
- Verify structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance
- Lead a team of stress analysts and provide coaching across all levels
- Develop tasks scheduling, manage and report products progress and release schedule
- Develop new materials, methods, tools, and procedures to support the project
- Work under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 or more years' of experience in Aerospace industry
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- English: Intermediate level or higher
- Stress Analyst familiar with static, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis
- Technical English write/speak (intermediate level or above)
- Deep knowledge of the Aircraft Structure
- Existing authorization to work in Poland
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading engineering teams
- Familiar with FAA regulations
