We're looking for a Software Engineering Team Lead to join the Platform squad at Plexure! Become part of a global, growing SaaS company based in Auckland CBD (+ 3 WFH days per week) during an exciting point in our growth journey.

What will you do?
- Become the people leader for our Platform Squad: 4 Software Engineers & 1 Test Engineer.
- Provide coaching & mentorship through regular 1:1's.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Identify & support growth opportunities.
- Foster a positive, supportive and collaborative environment that motivates the team to succeed.
- Enable the team through technical leadership:
- Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager & Architect to decide on what to build and how to get there.
- Take accountability for delivery.
- Help unblock the team when they encounter complex challenges.
- Support the continued adoption of agile practices.
- Identify & action opportunities for process improvement.
- Your team's mission:
- Focus on enhancing the developer experience by designing and building innovative tools and workflows that empower teams across Plexure to accelerate their development processes, deliver higher-quality solutions, and scale efficiently as we grow.
What will you bring to the party?
- A background in backend development with C#, .Net.
- Experience building cloud services at scale.
- A passion for helping people succeed! You'll bring experience mentoring engineering teams and supporting their growth.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for fostering collaboration.
