Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves organizing and allocating resources effectively to support engineering and construction initiatives, fostering collaboration among team members to achieve successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership-
-4 to 8 years of experience in Design, implement, and maintain the core architecture of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform across ENOVIA, 3DSpace.
-Lead hands-on development and reviews of server-side customizations (JPOs, MQL, triggers, services, TCL) and client-side components (web services).
-Demonstrate strong Dassault Syst mes product expertise, delivering PLM solutions on 3DEXPERIENCE platforms.
-Define, implement, and enforce technical standards for customization, integration, performance, and security.
-Conduct technical design reviews, code reviews, and platform performance tuning (indexing, caching, query optimization).
-Plan and execute platform upgrades, including regression testing and compatibility validation across 3DEXPERIENCE releases.
2. Team & Project Management:-
-Lead and coordinate a globally distributed team of 3DEXPERIENCE developers, integration engineers, and solution architects for feature migration from On-Premises to Cloud.
-Perform technical task breakdown, estimation, sprint planning, and prioritization aligned with platform roadmaps.
-Actively contribute to development by pairing with team members on complex customizations, integrations, and performance challenges.
-Review and approve technical designs, code, and deployment plans prior to promotion to higher environments.
-Ensure adherence to architecture standards, coding guidelines, security policies, and quality benchmarks.
-Manage delivery risks, technical dependencies, and cross-team integration timelines.
-Collaborate with business stakeholders, PLM consultants, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
-Own technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and onboarding of new team members.
3. Collaboration & Innovation
-Work closely with Dassault Syst mes R&D and Support teams on framework, API, and platform-level issues.
-Design and build reusable components, templates, and reference implementations for global reuse.
-Continuously evaluate and prototype new 3DEXPERIENCE capabilities, cloud services, and APIs.
-Drive automation across testing, deployment, monitoring, and environment management.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Customization.
-highly skilled 3DEXPERIENCE Architect to manage the client requirements
governance, and optimization of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
-Strong proficiency in 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA platform architecture, data model, webserivices, lifecycles, maturity states, and access control.
-Hands-on experience with 3DEXPERIENCE APIs and services including ENOVIA, 3DSpace, 3DSearc.
-Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, event-driven/asynchronous integrations, and data handling within the 3DEXPERIENCE ecosystem.
-Strong experience in server-side customization using Java (JPOs, services, triggers) and scripting using MQL / TCL.
-Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Git, Jira, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
-Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging of complex platform, integration, and data-related issues.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
-Excellent communication, documentation, and technical leadership abilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience working on the Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE platform across enterprise environments.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
