As Engineering Senior Specialist - Mechanical Component, you will work on Pumps in a collaborative environment based on a multidisciplinary team. You will work with scientists and engineers to enhance the technical features of such a product. You will develop the re-design of Flange to Flange BH pumps and introduce new hydraulics and pumps.

As Engineering Senior Specialist - Mechanical Component, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing all activities for Flange to Flange Centrifugal Pumps development, executing all detailed design, calculations and analysis.

  • Developing ideas that become real products, for new centrifugal pumps to enhance the current BH pumps portfolio.

  • Executing fast prototyping, new design tools introduction, debugging, verification testing and performance characterization of concepts and products.

  • Supporting market research to determine what types of products might be successful among adjacent markets.

To be successful in this role you will:
 

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering or relevant demonstrable experience.

  • Have extensive knowledge of centrifugal pumps.

  • Have relevant knowledge of International standards and codes.

  • Have good computer skills and be familiar with Unigraphics NX, ANSYS, HYSYS

  • Fluent Italian and fluent English
