Position / Assignment Purpose :
This position is responsible for Project quality assurance and configuration management.
Position / Assignment Summary :
1. Project quality assurance engineer, to plan, monitor and check project quality status, identify, drive to close NC items.
2. Project configuration management, to plan, monitor and check project CM status, identify, drive to close CM issues.
3. Work with project team to identify Engineering improvement actions, and drive to close them.
4. Support on customer audit / ISO audit.
Key Accountabilities / Statement of Work :
1. Responsible for the project QA activities/initiatives, perform quality reviews in comply with ASPICE and ISO process areas, tracks and follows up on deviations till closure.
2. Provide objective inspection on the project development process and deliverables, ensure all engineering processes are well followed throughout the project life cycle.
3. Assist to the construction, implementation and improvement of the engineering process based on ASPICE best practice.
4. Define project quality targets, cowork with project stakeholders to monitor quality, improve quality metrics, mitigate quality risks.
5. Support for project implementation process.
Required Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- 5-10 years work experience, more than 3 year of project QA, configuration management, development or testing experience.
- Familiar with project management, software engineering and engineering process.
- Familiar with ASPICE model.
- Familiar with ISO9001/ISO26262/ISO21434/VDA 6.3 (nice to have)
- Have good communication, teamwork and analysis and summarization skills
- English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.
- Quick learning on new concept, new skill or new technology.
