Job Description 

We are looking for a talented and motivated Technical Support Manager who has a deep passion for product quality, debugging, and customer satisfaction to join our  Engineering team here at Ridecell. Being a team player comes naturally, and you’re someone people can count on to jump in and do whatever is needed to get the job done. You will play a pivotal role in building a positive customer experience by validating new features, helping with post-launch support, and debugging.

 

What You'll Be Doing

 

  1. Manage a team of technical support engineers.
  2. Learn & take ownership of post-launch support & debugging.
  3. Work closely with internal and external customers to drive the quality of delivery.
  4. Collaborate with engineers to deliver high-quality solutions & resolve issues quickly.
  5. Actively update, maintain and monitor Asset Management Solution for various countries
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
  7. Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved

 

 

Qualifications for Technical Support Manager

    1. 10+ years of proven experience in technical support (application support).
    2. Experience in managing a team
    3. Excellent debugging & data analysis skills.
    4. Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
    5. Commitment & passion to excel & grow technically.
    6. Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
    7. Experience with Postman, sumologs
