Job Description:
- Strong background in Core Banking and Card Payments with hands-on experience in Switch Migration and Implementation, including Base24 EPS.
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in development and end-to-end solution delivery — from requirement analysis to project implementation majorly in Core Banking and card payment
- Expert exposure of Base24 EPS
- Proficient in working with Linux/Unix operating systems.
- Sound understanding of Base24 UPF.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-versed in Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud-based hosting and deployment environments.
- Demonstrated experience of working ATM or POS terminals development and maintenance from a switch perspective (either on EPS or other switch)
- Should be across AS2805 or ISO8583 messaging standards. Other standards would be beneficial
- Should have Paysim or Asset testing tool experience and debug capabilities.
- If they have the above then they will be able to articulate Schemes compliance experience
- Proven experience in managing Engineering teams
