What You’ll Do:

-Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team

-Own the technical roadmap and ensure delivery quality

-Drive innovation and process improvements

-Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design

-Balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership

You Bring:

5+ years of engineering experience in high-growth environments

Experience managing and mentoring teams

Familiarity with our stack (Python, Node, React, AWS) or similar

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Comfort with AI-powered dev tools and agile workflows

A passion for people development and inclusive team culture

Nice to Have:

Experience with PyTest, Cypress, or similar testing tools

Familiarity with generative AI in engineering workflows

Data-driven mindset and strong documentation habits
