Essentials to Succeed
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading an engineering team.
- A proven track record of developing high-performing teams capable of solving complex problems and delivering elegant, scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
- Experience leading engineering teams and delving into technical details to assist the team in making decisions that result in efficient, flexible, scalable systems.
- Capability to attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
- Interactions with senior leadership require executive presence.
- You are an excellent communicator with exceptional listening skills and the ability to see the big picture and effectively communicate it at all levels.
- You successfully influence product direction as a thought partner to your business stakeholders. Product Managers actively seek out your ideas (PMs). You can take a conceptual idea and turn it into a test that is both feasible and meets business requirements.
