What You'll Do:

  • Implement and optimize Kanban methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery efficiency;
  • Lead and manage a diverse squad of over 15 professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture;
  • Conduct regular one-on-one feedback sessions with team members to provide guidance and support their professional growth;
  • Define and track KPIs to measure the squad's performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical efforts with the company's strategic objectives;
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to develop scalable and robust software solutions;
  • Maintain a balance between technical innovation and business needs;
  • Provide effective leadership, mentorship, and support to the squad, inspiring them to achieve their full potential;
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to collaborate with international teams.


What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role in an agile software development environment;
  • Strong understanding and experience with Kanban methodologies and Agile practices;
  • Ability to effectively manage and lead a diverse squad of over 15 professionals;
  • Experience in providing regular 1:1 feedback and supporting the professional growth of team members;
  • Track record of developing and tracking KPIs to drive team performance and deliver successful software projects;
  • Proficiency in solution architecture and guiding technical decision-making processes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions;
  • Advanced proficiency in English;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
