Founded in 2019, Pigment is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies globally, passing $100M in ARR in 2026 and doubling revenue for the second year in a row. Industry leaders like Unilever, Uber, Anthropic, Snowflake, and Siemens use Pigment every day to make better-informed decisions and navigate any scenario with confidence.
In October 2026, we raised a $250M Series E at a $2.3B valuation, bringing our total funding to $650M+. Today we’re a growing team of 700+ across Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, and Austin, and we’ve been named a Visionary in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Financial Planning Software two years running.
At Pigment, we take smart risks, celebrate bold ideas, and challenge the status quo - all while working as one team. If you’re driven by innovation and ready to make an impact at scale, we’d love to hear from you.
On the engineering part:
- Design and implement high-performance, scalable, and responsive user interfaces.
- Optimize frontend performance to ensure smooth and efficient user experiences.
- Tackle real-time challenges, enabling concurrent editing resilient to network disruptions, based on a single source of truth managed through efficient caching.
- Translate functional requirements into elegant and simple designs, delivering high-quality code.
- Understand and address the product and customer needs, suggesting innovative ideas to deliver maximum value to end users.
- We are also looking for engineers who understand the product and the customer's needs in detail and can suggest innovative ideas: in the end, it's all about delivering value to end users.
On the people management part, here is what it entails:
- Coach up to six direct reports, providing guidance and support (usually every two weeks).
- Define expectations, collect and deliver feedback, and build career development plans using our skill leveling matrix.
- Participate in performance-related decisions with other managers, including proposing and calibrating salary raises and handling under-performance remediation.
- (Optional) Lead ad hoc projects to structure engineering efforts, such as organizing technical demos, leading All Hands meetings, or evolving our skill leveling matrix.
- In the Pigment engineering team, people managers do not have the responsibility of a particular technical domain, as this is the role of technical leads: this way, we make sure career decisions and technical choices are independent of one another.

What We Do
In a world moving at an incredibly fast pace, businesses have grown accustomed to change. Transforming their business model, pivoting their strategy, rethinking their go-to-market, the list goes on. To enable these changes, they have also had to rethink the way they work. Breaking down silos isn’t a best practice anymore. It’s a given. And yet, when it comes to planning, little has changed. In fact, planning tools work the exact opposite way, reinforcing data and people silos, and preventing teams from working together toward their common goals. As a result, planning is usually seen as a dreadful process. But the truth is, planning drives strategy. It’s high time we serve it with the right tools. Pigment is the business planning platform for fast-growing companies. Our mission is to help companies make better, faster decisions in a changing world, and drive revenue growth. At Pigment we believe that: ✅ Real-time data informs better outcomes. Trim your sail, and make the best use of current winds. ✅ Reporting should be accurate, quick, and insightful. ✅ Planning should be simple, smooth, and delightful. ✅ Less time should be spent on data crunching, more time on bringing insights to the business. ✅ Collaboration should be at the heart of any planning process, so your organization works as one.
