The Opportunity

Are you excited to work on a 0-1 product that helps businesses elevate their digital presence for maximum revenue? Join our team as a Software Development Engineer and help create innovative AEM Sites Optimizer and LLM Optimizer that transform how digital-first companies approach improvements. It is a fast-paced setting where AI/ML Optimizations will impact customer success directly.

Our team builds AI-first solutions that lets marketing teams quickly measure, experiment and activate optimizations that drive high-performing impact for the current transformation of the digital landscape.

What will you do

• Hire and directly lead a team of engineers to discover traffic trends for AEM customers by analyzing meaningful data from various sources. Be in charge of comprehensive technical audits and improve strategies to optimize crawl-ability, index-ability, and search rankings, demonstrating insights for future automation.

• Learn with your team which recommendations to establish from these trends. Understand the efficiency and impact of these recommendations against well-established critical metrics. Lead customer discussions, presenting clear recommendations that align with business goals, while staying up-to-date with industry-wide trends and innovations.

• Turn team findings into solid hypotheses that will be meaningful at wider customer scale. Automate these hypotheses into self-learning software features with goal to improve traffic and conversion.

• Lead and mentor providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Foster deep engagement with our customers and out of the box thinking.

• At any time, challenge your and our beliefs. Be ready to prototype, iterate fast upon feedback and data, throw away and restart as much as needed.

• Interact with Customers and Stakeholders on a high frequency. Ability to quickly prioritize, and an acute sense of urgency.

• Participate in the design and review of features, technology choices, architecture, designs, time and budget estimates, and test strategies.

• Develop and evolve engineering processes and collaboration models to optimize team efficiency and collaboration

What you need to succeed

• BTech/MS or similar in Computer Sciences,

• Demonstrated experience managing or leading development teams through full product delivery cycles, especially monitoring and keeping a service within SLA

• Ability to understand business context and requirements, strong customer focus

• Proven experience in motivating, inspiring, and growing team members.

• Understanding of technical SEO, including crawl-ability, index-ability, schema markup, and page performance, with hands-on experience using digital marketing tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

• Experience or familiarity with digital channels, web application client-tier technologies including HTML and JS, CSR/SSR/SSG. Cloud exposure: AWS, Azure.

• Experience in building products that integrate AI and ML in their tech stack.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach, growing in fast-paced environments.
