- You will work closely with our Software Engineering Teams to help them drive their quarter towards success
- You will be in first line when it comes to unlock situations and synchronize Teams on complex topics with high levels of dependencies
- You will help build the top management reporting to ensure a good flow of information, at the right moment for the right person
- You will discover how we prepare our quarterly development cycle, participate in it and find new ways to improve it
- You will mainly be focused on a technical scope, helping our teams deliver their ambitious roadmaps
- You will report directly to our CTO, based in Paris.
What you'll do ✏️
- Support the Team Leads on the operational and tactical aspects of project management (backlog management, planning sprints, solving impediments, dealing with dependencies, tracking roadmap milestones, checking quality of deliverables, monitoring Project & Teams KPIs,…)
- Be part of the project lifecycle from the very initial roadmap definition to the deployment in production, both on project management and process improvement point of views
- Be aware of and synthesize the most important points that could impact our quarter delivery
- Drive and coach the implementation of project and program management best practices
- Propose solutions to improve our way of doing things and implement them concretely
About you 💪
- Solid understanding of infrastructure challenges and general knowledge of development cycles
- Strong interest in new technologies and high level of curiosity
- Great interpersonal and communication skills to build efficient relationships with your peers
- Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities of improvement and problems’s solutions
- Great sense of priority, rigorous, thrive making things happen
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in both French and English
- First experience as a product owner in an agile organization
- First experience in an Adtech / Tech start-up
- Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, GoogleSheets
- Good knowledge in Agile project management best practices and processes
