As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to deliver a high quality product to our customers. You will also be working with a cross-functional team to verify problems, discussing the best and pragmatic solution, and working together to realize it. We work in an open environment where there are no boundaries or power distance. Everyone is encouraged to speak their mind, propose ideas, influence others, and continuously grow themselves. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure that projects are delivered on schedule and meet the organizational objectives.
What You'll be Doing:
Lead yearly and quarterly planning to ensure smooth execution and secure the successful delivery of the engineering roadmap.
Optimize performance by engaging in capacity planning, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
Drive teams forward by setting high standards for delivery, code quality, and continuous improvement.
Maintain high development standards through active participation in code and design reviews.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business growth and engineering excellence.
Attract, mentor, and retain top engineering talent, fostering career growth and a strong engineering culture.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university.
At least 3 years of technical leadership experience
Extremely proficient in Swift & Objective C programming language
Good understanding of iOS app development
Good understanding iOS development tools, processes, and operations
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
Strong experience in setting technical OKRs, KPIs, and technical-roadmap with a strong sense of ownership
