About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Infrastructure / SRE to lead technical teams while shaping the evolution of cloud infrastructure, reliability, automation, and platform architecture. The role combines people management, technical leadership, cloud strategy, SRE practices, and long-term infrastructure planning.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and support engineers, ensuring delivery aligns with technical and business priorities.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of infrastructure talent.
- Drive the evolution of cloud and infrastructure architecture.
- Define technical priorities across reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Promote automation, resilience, observability, and operational excellence.
- Contribute to the medium- and long-term technology roadmap.
- Guide decisions around software platforms, security protocols, and scaling strategies.
- Coordinate SRE and reliability initiatives across the organization.
- Improve engineering practices, technical standards, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- More than 5 years of relevant infrastructure / platform / SRE experience.
- At least 4 years of experience managing or operationally leading technical teams.
- Strong experience designing and optimizing complex cloud architectures for high-volume or business-critical systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with virtualization, containerization, and serverless infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production reliability.
