The OpportunityAs an Engineering Manager for Adobe Express in Bucharest, Romania, you'll oversee a team of passionate engineers developing flawless and creative solutions. What you'll DoLead and direct a group of engineers to successfully develop Adobe Express features
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products
Determine technical requirements and ensure the highest standards of quality
Drive the team towards achieving project goals and timelines
Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Candidates with a degree or equivalent practical experience will be considered
Proven track record in Engineering Management
Hands‑on AI/ML experience - either through building ML‑powered features, integrating models into production systems, or collaborating closely with ML research teams.
Strong technical background with experience in software development
Strong customer empathy and a passion for delivering great user experiences.
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to compete and thrive in a fast-paced environment
