In this role, you will lead software engineering, helping us drive excellence by championing efficient and maintainable coding, automated testing, and timely execution. Key Responsibilities:
As our Engineering Manager, you will:
- Manage and develop our engineering team
- Oversee implementation and execution of our platform
- Partner with Product, Architecture, and Delivery Manager to execute on product roadmap
- Mentor and drive stable and high-quality code deployments
- Identify and remove impediments
- Establish and enforce coding standards and practices
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
- 5+ years of experience in managing and leading engineering teams
- 10+ years of experience using Java
- 10+ years of experience with SQL Relational Databases
- Familiar with agile methodologies
- Practiced Secure Software Development Life Cycle
- Experience using containerization
- Practiced Automated Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
- Experience with Test Automation
