About Us …
We are Render. Our singular focus is best summarised by our purpose; continuously innovate and evolve technology to build networks better and connect communities.
Our geospatial network construction platform enables telecommunication network operators and construction teams to digitise the construction workflow and cut the time and cost of large-scale fibre deployment.
We’re a global organisation, but small enough that our people can have a direct impact on how we work and where we go next. We want people who can join us on our journey and grow with us.
About The Role …

Your first 2 - 3 months in the role will be focused on getting to know Render and how we work, while also assessing skills and knowledge gaps within the team and business (and looking to address them). This role is based in our Melbourne office (Glen Iris) but working with a flexible hybrid working schedule which includes some office time and some home time.
The salary range for this role is between $150k and $180k + super depending on experience, and the typical full-time 9am - 5pm hours apply. We pride ourselves on being a start-up, however without the long hours and hustle-bustle culture. We care about our people and their balance between work and life.
About You …
You are someone who enjoys building strong working relationships, mentoring and coaching your team, sharing what you know, and encouraging others to share what THEY know, and you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty and muck in on the coding that needs to be done. You enjoy collaborating, bouncing ideas around, and you understand the importance of holding space for others to have their say.
Let’s get technical - here are the other things we’d like to see:
We truly value diverse thoughts, cultures, and perspectives; and acknowledge that the tech industry is predominantly male-dominated. As such, if you don’t quite have every dot point listed above but think you have the right transferable skills for the role and could offer some diverse thinking to the mix - we would still like to see your application, and you can reach out to Jody Smith (Senior Talent Partner) for a confidential discussion via LinkedIn.

Please submit your CV, no need for a cover letter.
We have included some assessed questions in the application form that will provide you an opportunity to showcase some of your specific experiences and skills in line with what is required for the role.
Once you’ve submitted your application, we will review it and get back to you as soon as we can to advise whether you have progressed to the next stage of the process or not (interviews, skills assessment, reference checks, and probity checks).
All applicants are provided outcomes here - we don’t “ghost” anybody.

What We Do
An entirely new approach to fiber deployment.
Utilizing innovative GIS, mobile and automation technology, Render’s platform and data management enable network operators, engineers and builders to deliver quality networks without the need for manual, paper-based construction packs.
Real-time, geospatial data provides increased control and visibility, resulting in significant resource productivity across the delivery lifecycle.
+ Seamless transition from network design to work
Our unique Blueprinting process takes a complex network design - in any format - and converts it directly into thousands of construction tasks, visible on a familiar map-based interface, and sequenced to optimize deployment time and cost.
+ Workflow digitisation, automation and optimisation
With end-to-end digital data capture, your project becomes completely paperless, providing all stakeholders with a single common platform - connected in the cloud - to predict, plan and optimize progress.
+ Unequalled control and visibility
By streamlining data between the field and the office, all stakeholders have access to near real-time data to improve decisions and dynamically schedule work to the most efficient contractor.
