Job Description:
Parsons is looking for a highly experienced Engineering Coordination Manager to to lead and oversee all engineering coordination functions for a large-scale airfield program. This role requires extensive expertise in multidisciplinary engineering integration, design coordination, technical quality control, and cross-functional collaboration on complex programs.
The ideal candidate will have 20+ years of experience, including proven success leading engineering teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders on large-scale projects. The Engineering Coordination Manager will ensure timely, high-quality deliverables, alignment with project objectives, and the implementation of best practices to support safe, efficient, and cost-effective project execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Establish, manage, and enforce overall engineering coordination strategies, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
Develop coordination plans, governance models, and performance measurement systems aligned with client and program objectives.
Ensure integration of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities across all engineering disciplines.
Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of design packages, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
