Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• You will have the ability to lead test activities across all the different phases of testing from test planning to test execution to test reporting
• You will be providing automation testing using Selenium
• You will be using Robotics & Cognitive quality engineering automations techniques
• You will have the ability to manage client stakeholder and drive test execution
• You will be running Defect management process effectively
• You will be working with JIRA and Agile
• You will be managing demand and intakes for the QE team, and will be creating dashboards to show the resource allocation and availability
• You will be facilitating project related status meetings and communications with IT team members and our Business Partners to ensure projects are on target to meet their deadlines.
• You will effectively communicates relevant project information to Senior Management.
• You will be in charge of resolves and/or escalation issues in a timely fashion.
• You will be working with JIRA and Agile

The Team

The US Core Technology Operations delivers large scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• 5 plus years hand on experience in automated testing using Selenium
• Good understanding of End to End Testing, Test automation, Scrum Agile, Test case creation, Test execution and reporting
• Ability to drive meeting and manage stakeholders independently
• Good Verbal and Written Communication skills with proficiency in Excel/PPT and Word
