Technology Recruiter
Lead - Talent Acquisition
Atlanta, GA

In the role of Lead - Talent acquisition, you will be responsible for the fulfilment and staffing of open positions on time and within budget. Act as talent acquisition business partner and expert on related matters to multiple stakeholders, ensure process compliances, resolution of escalations, track and report project staffing fulfilment status regularly. You will contribute to process improvements to sustain delivery predictability and meet client and internal commitments within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company. In addition, you will be responsible for employer branding activities around the function, which involves building a social media strategy for the Organization for attracting and hiring top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of direct sourcing strategies (e.g. job boards, referral generation, cold calling, online social networking, etc.) to proactively build candidate pipelines that generate sufficient quantity and quality to meet business needs in a cost-effective manner
  • Manage multiple vendors to facilitate subcontract hiring process
  • Initiate contact via phone or email to gather prescreen information about technology professionals to qualify skillset and candidate alignment with all roles
  • End to end ownership of the recruitment process
  • Maintaining a dialogue with the hiring managers to understand strategy, providing updates and managing expectations
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize and multitask in dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Builds relationships with hiring managers, peers and HR partners acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Negotiation of compensation with new hires and hiring managers
  • Ownership of employer branding exercises and initiatives from a talent acquisition perspective.

Qualifications
Basic:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting IT talent specific to Platform/Product.
  • Experience recruiting for a dynamic and global company
  • Experience working on employer branding initiatives internally and externally with respect to talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of recruitment process, applicable laws and performance based interviewing skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities directly
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment with changing priorities and deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office and applicant tracking systems
  • Internet savvy with strong research skill
  • Communication Skills
  • Analytical skills
