**This role is fully remote, we DO NOT require you to live in Boston, MA***

The Role:

In this role for Technical Services Solution Engineer, you will be a resource with an excellent knowledge of Archibus with the capability to customize/modify the web-based application version of Archibus (Web Central). 

You Will:

• Work with Archibus tool to manage space, real estate, equipment
• Work with Archibus proprietary AXVW based off XML, JavaScript, Java (for business logic)
• Create SQL scripting and debugging (DDL and DML). DBMS familiarity: SQL Server and Oracle.
• Create and execute unit tests for customizations, plus end-to-end testing of the application
• Document customizations, including functional and technical specifications
• Cross-collaborate with other company teams including Tech Support/Customer Services and Sales Support on escalations and feedback to clients
• Create time estimates for and project plans for services projects. Track progress and course correct on same and mitigate project impact through risk planning 
• Provide proactive and thorough on task management and status updates to all stakeholders in a timely manner
• Mentor  junior personnel and support and receive cross training to other subject matter experts

You Have:

• 2+ years of experience using Archibus
• 2+ years of SQL scripting and debugging (DDL and DML)
• Familiarity with SQL Server and Oracle
• Project Management experience is a big plus!
