Your key responsibilities

  • Directs and oversees all architecture and engineering activities in service delivery and service deployment across the portfolio
  • Employees within this role typically manage 3-10 FTEs and manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and quality of development outputs.
  • Evaluates and resolves technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues; researches and monitors existing client base and industry developments and identifies potential new product opportunities
  • Actively maintains his/her technical skills and expertise and intimate understanding of vendor product roadmaps using NDAs etc.
  • Involved in the design, development and support of applications.
  • Translates business requirements into program specification and writes code for the functional specification.
  • Participates in peer review of code and documentation of code changes
  • Troubleshoots, debugs and implements code to check and rectify bugs
  • Lead development / configuration of application modules, deployment and maintenance of software applications
  • Responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications and re-engineering complex program components
  • Develops, modifies and codes products by programming applications; maintains and enhances systems by fixing complicated errors along with familiarity on principles and practices of existing systems development

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a high pace, agile environment



To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field
  • Extensive experience developing with Microsoft technology stack
    • Microsoft Asp.net MS.NET Framework (2.0/3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5)
    • SQL Server 2008/2010/2012/2016
    • MS Visual Studio .Net 2013/2015
    • SQL Reporting services/SSRS and SSIS
    • ETL using Microsoft SSIS
    • Spotfire and Power BI reporting tools
    • Microsoft Business Intelligence
    • Sharepoint (JSON, CSOM structures, SharePoint REST API)
    • Project Server (JSOM/CSOM, REST API)
  • Client Web Technology (JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, NodeJS, HTTP REST calls, etc.)
  • Extensive experience of working with engineering and design teams in a lead role
  • Exceptional knowledge of the software development cycle and project management methodologies
  • Experience managing and delivering results through others in matrixed client, supplier and geographically dispersed virtual teams
  • Exposure to Azure Cloud platform or similar.


Ideally, you'll also have

  • Experience with Mobile Application development
  • Exposure to DevOps-CICD and Microservices.
  • Hold or be willing to pursue related professional certifications
  • The capability to create and generate documentation for source code that provides guidance and instructional information to consumers of the code.
