Position Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Tech Lead / Architect to join our growing team working in an Adobe Experience Manager application stack. You will be responsible for leading a team and alignment of the technical direction. Providing a strong technical direction involves establishing a technical vision, resolving technical disagreements and managing the technical quality of team deliverables. Effective technical leadership ensures the team uses appropriate engineering practices (such as CD or automated testing), invests in continual improvements to tooling or technical debt, and that the system evolves to meet its changing needs and environment.

The Tech Lead will support one or more delivery teams within a fast-paced product development driven environment. This role is intended to help software development teams achieve their goals as high performing software development teams, creating a culture of self-organization and continued improvement, consistent delivery of a shippable product, and provide a leader for Agile projects.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior managers to determine business-specific application needs.• Compile and implement application development plans for new or existing applications.• Lead the application development team and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages.• Demonstrate application prototypes and integrating user feedback.• Write scripts and code for applications, as well as installing and updating applications.• Mentor junior application developers and providing end-users with technical support.• Run diagnostic tests and performing debugging procedures.• Perform application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration.• Document application development processes, procedures, and standards.• Integrate trends in application architecture in application development projects.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Adobe Experience Manager application stack experience• Experience as an application architect, preferably in a related industry.• Highly proficient in programming languages, such as SQL, Java, C, and .NET.• Extensive experience in aligning application development with business needs.• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.• Superb organizational and time management skills.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $84,000-$144,000*
