JOB DESCRIPTION: Join SAIC, and help address the nation's most pressing and complex challenges. SAIC works with our customers on missions that strengthen security and safety and protect the basic values of our society. We have openings for motivated, dedicated and energetic Systems Engineers at multiple levels to support one of our Programs within the Intelligence Community in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Selected candidates will: analyzes user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

- Analyzes system requirements and leads design and development activities.

- Guides users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.

- Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology. Incorporates new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.

- Develop technical documentation.

- Develop system Architecture and system design documentation.

- Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.

- Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.

- Will have ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.

- Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: SE1 requires Bachelors and seven (7) years or more experience; or twelve (12) years or more of SE experience.

SE2 requires Bachelors and fourteen (14) years or more experience; or nineteen (19) years or more of SE experience.

SE3 requires Bachelors and twenty (20) years or more experience; or twenty-five (25) years or more of SE experience.
