The Systems Engineer Asc Manager will manage a LM MST RMA/Logistics Engineering team of engineers focused primarily on support of for CASS/RTCASS, eCASS, LMSTAR, TPS, COLT, JSF & ATARS.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and managing subordinate employee recruitment, their selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
- Building team of trained engineers to meet the staffing requirements of LM MST programs/proposals in the area of Enterprise Test Solutions PBL programs
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience/combined education
Solid understanding of system engineering project life cycle to include requirements definition, design, development, integration, verification, acceptance, documentation, training and delivery.
Proficient in oral and written communications
Demonstrated team leadership experience
Customer-service attitude with ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Experience in developing SOWs, System Specifications, and Program Plans
Risk and Opportunity Management decision making skills
Experience in responding to ECPs and RFPs: planning, implementation, and cost tracking.
Experience in establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules.
Experience as Cost Account Manager and understanding of Earned Value.
Experience in cost estimating and proposals
Desired Skills:
9 or more years of professional engineering experience

Performs technical assessment of customer site service requests, system investigations and problem resolution for customer issues using the LM-Star® and provides the overall view of the LM-Star® Performance Based Logistics (PBL).

Ensures the PBL team provides integrated solutions for end user issues and provides the required feedback to the LM-Star® Production Team.

Able to act as a delegate for the EPM for all Hardware and Software Change Board activities with the knowledge to understand how Production Changes will affect the previously fielded stations.

Understands the Depot and Factory TPS Production and Development for ATE systems.

Performs Out-Of-Tolerance investigations/analysis of all LM-Star® calibrated equipment. Working knowledge of tools and systems such as EPDM and ADIS.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
