Department OverviewMotorola’s Software Enterprise organization is a fast-paced organization at the front line of driving growth throughout Motorola Solutions. The Command Center Software team is building public safety solutions that bring the capabilities of the suite together into a single, user-centered workflow and help public safety manage data across their operation.
Job Description

• The Sr. Software Engineering position will be a member of the team that develops various tools and products that help accelerate the deployment, maintenance and/or testing of various Motorola's products.

• The tools are implemented/to be implemented using a variety of technologies, including C#, .Net Framework, SQL queries and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.

• The successful candidate should be able to take an idea from conception to a working implementation with the help of a Product Development Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with .Net Framework, C#, REST, and SQL Server, Javascript, Typescript 

• Git for source control

• Knowledge of CI/CD Pipelines and Containerization is highly desirable

• Good Understanding of .Net Design Patterns

• Good Understanding of .Net Design Principles such as, but not limited to, Dependency Injection, Inversion of Control, SOLID

• Background in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure

• Experience with Agile Software Development practices.

• Salary: 100,000-120,000
