The Senior Salesforce Developer with an agile and data driven mindset is responsible for successfully designing and developing Salesforce solutions and services - Salesforce.com products and APIs, Sales, Service, Einstein Analytics, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Communities, Systems Integrations.
Being empathetic and with the ability to collaborate and influence others is critical to success.
What you will do:
- Develop and deploy Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Solution.
- Develop LWC, Apex, Visualforce pages Working with Lightning Framework, Lightning components, Lightning events and Salesforce Lightning Design system
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API including experience with integrations and knowledge of integration patterns and tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, AppFlow)
- Ability to design, code, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce related applications
- Research and find opportunities to utilize SFDC best practices, guidelines to improve system productivity, scaling, monitoring and tech debts
- Create reports/ Dashboard including custom report types
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field.
- Development experience with both Service(Omnichannel/Live Agent/Knowledge Base/Cases) and Sales Cloud.
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch apex, and Salesforce APIs.1+ years of experience with Javascript development
- Experience with Git Version Control Systems and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) workflows within Salesforce (Jenkins, GearSet, Copado)
- Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI)
- Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder or equivalent experience
- Bonus point if you have experience with AWS Services and integration
