Description:Plan and execute of reliability, maintainability, and testability activities for Air Dominance Advanced Programs (ADAP). Reliability tasks including predictions / allocations, and FMECAs. Maintainability tasks include developing field maintenance concepts and Life Cycle Cost models. Actively participate in program reviews, design influence activities, and test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability. The successful candidate should be an agile thinker and executor able to move from a strategic level to the implementation level in interactions with multiple audiences and groups.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education
Active Department of Defense Final Secret Clearance with 6-year background check
Experience with the principles and requirements of missile design, integration and test efforts
Experience with performing reliability predictions, using Relex or similar tools
Experience with the FMECA process including a general understanding of circuit design and schematics
Experience with developing and maintaining Life Cycle Cost model for the weapon system
Provide design influence for reliability and maintainability
Possess strong Computer Skills and Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of software products
Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience with developing and delivering presentations to peers as well as management
Previous experience with reliability and maintainability activities for military products
Desired Skills:
Has demonstrated being a task lead on projects
Strong electrical background with a good mechanical understanding
Practical hands-on experience with hardware test and troubleshooting
Experience with FRB and change board processes
Experience with planning, executing and reporting on reliability growth test activities

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with an investigation within 6 years
