The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sr. Security Software Engineering Manager to lead our Security Engineering team. At Adobe, we are working hard to create and maintain a world class security program across a diverse collection of products. Much of our tooling is written in house and highly customed to our unique needs and requirements. This position will lead our talented development team, working with industry leading technologies and developers.

What you'll Do

We design, develop and maintain software to collect and analyze security data. Adobe has a very diverse operating environment, and we strive to maintain consistency across it in our security program. Some projects will involve integrating either third party or Adobe created software with Adobe solutions to provide a seamless user experience. We focus extensively on automation and your team will be automating many manual tasks to ensure they are done consistently and accurately. Additionally, we will work with many engineering teams to help them adopt and understand secure software development practices. We are passionate about producing secure software, we not only live this in Security but assist other engineers to improve the security quality of their projects.

What you need to succeed

• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience developing high quality software
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages, Python experience preferred
• 5+ years experience leading and managing with a large distributed team involved in creating large and complex software projects.
