Your Role and Responsibilities

In this exciting role, the architect will advise, scope, develop, and implement automation solutions.

• You will require a deep expertise in RPA, AI, and Machine Learning to provide expertise and direction in the development and/or modification of computer-based scientific, technical, and business software systems, working with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives.
• 70% of the time you will be building scalable solutions, creating applications, managing environments, and transforming data. Opportunities include working with clients, defining key business problems, developing user stories and requirements, and delivering the solution.
• 30% of time you will lead and mentor junior resources in both career and technical development.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong experience in system/data architecture and robotic process automation, including experience assessing automation opportunities from a technical perspective
• Experience in solution/application development across PoC, MVP, Production deployments
• Experience creating technology roadmaps for platform development and the onboarding of new assets
• More than 5 years of experience with QA of automation
• Experience leading development teams and delivering solutions for customers
• Strong software development background with the ability to demonstrate experience with software development, integration, and testing
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Experience with automation platform hosting and technical support
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerized environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience programming/scripting languages including Python, Javascript, BASH, Perl, C++, Linux/UNIX administration
• Experience with cloud services administration including AWS, GCP, VMware, IBM Cloud, Libcloud, boto
• Experience with application/Web Server technology including Tomcat/JBoss, WebSphere, Django, Apache, Nginx
• Experience with databases, including MySQL and Mongo
• Experience with Public Sector Clients (US Federal, Higher Education, State and Local Governments)
