Role: Business Analyst
Cognizant is looking for a Business Analyst in developing customized product for our clients. The role is expected to drive technology discussions and analyze the current landscape for gaps in addressing business needs. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.
An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment. Someone that values the "team" and leverages the opinions and expertise of their teammates to deliver quality.
Cognizant will not sponsor H-1B or other U.S. work authorization, or lawful permanent residence (otherwise known as a "Green Card") for this role.
Minimum Requirements:
- Need Business Analyst with minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience in Business services business score card.
- Should be able to interact with business
Key Qualifications:
- Accomplished Business Analyst who is passionate about participating in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific systems requirements and specifications
- Perform Peer, Technical and Business Review and Approvals of Systems requirements and specifications to meet Standards
- Conduct Joint Application Development sessions with Cross-Application teams and contribute in functional and technical review meetings which involves devising, strategizing and explaining product features and limitations
- Create and evaluate Proof of Concepts (POCs)
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, test Strategy reviews, build validations and system configuration across environments to support the System changes
- Guide development and quality assurance teams throughout the lifecycle of the implementation
- Perform project governance and reporting
