The Challenge:
Are you looking for an opportunity to build an IT healthcare domain system that will maintain security compliance training for a large government agency? You know a good site is more than just a nice-looking interface + data and you need the right combination of clean code, APIs, analytics, and infrastructure to help your team build a user focused solution. As a software engineer, you'll have the chance to build your skills and solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We're looking for someone like you to modernize a learning management and reporting system from vision to production-ready system.
As a software engineer on our team, you'll work with system administrators, users, and cybersecurity professionals to overcome your customer's most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches alongside open source frameworks and tools. You'll use your passion to learn new tools and techniques, while helping to identify and implement system improvements. Using Agile life cycle development, you'll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you're developing considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.

You Have:
- Experience with JavaScript or Ruby on Rails
- Experience with Agile
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Ability to guide the development of enterprise-specific implementation guidance for agency management
- Ability to communicate via MS Office collaboration products
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation:
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 70,000 to 90,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
