Lev is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our fast-growing engineering team. In this role, you will be an integral partner to our internal business stakeholders. You will build and maintain scalable, automated testing solutions to support our engineering teams. You will work closely with product and business stakeholders to develop testing strategies, implement automated testing solutions, and enhance our current automated testing capabilities.

In this role you will

• Work closely with the rest of the Engineering team to deliver high-quality products in an agile development environment
• Design and write comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Perform end-to-end functional & non functional, frontend and backend testing 
• Develop, build and enhance automated test suites and automation framework
• Improve test coverage in automated regression test suites
• Improve and innovate the tooling to run tests reliably and efficiently
• Set up test environments and generate test data
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipeline
• Monitor results, diagnose and effectively report discovered issues to the engineering team
• Perform UAT(User Acceptance Testing) to constantly evaluate the product performance and suggest future product improvements.

An ideal candidate should have

• 5+ years of experience in SDET role or developer experience on multiple platform applications and products
•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or other related or similar field)
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Strong experience in designing and reviewing test plans and test cases
• Solid experience in both manual and automated testing for web applications and REST web service APIs
• Extensive experience in automation frameworks, like TestNG, Selenium or Cypress
• Strong coding skills in programming languages like Java, Python or Javascript or others
• Nice to have: Prior experience with Amazon Web Service (AWS)
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong problem-solving skills
