Main responsibilities

  • Own, drive and improve of testing process within a development team following Agile methodology
  • Design, create, run and maintain manual and/or automated functional and non-functional tests
  • Share knowledge and know-how inside and outside the team
  • Mentor less experienced team members

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-tier web-based applications
  • Experience of testing within Agile development at a scale. Previous work experience in multi-team environments, close collaboration with developers, project managers and clients are expected.
  • Having hands on experience in test automation.
  • Bug prevention and fail-fast mindset.
  • Mindset for knowledge sharing.
  • Proven analytical ability, problem-solving and risk management skills
  • Fluent communication in English

Other desirable skills

  • Having hands on experience or a good understanding of performance, security, usability and accessibility testing.

Type of Contract

  • We are suggesting two types of contract:
    • Permanent contract with all above benefits package
    • B2B contract: hourly rate * days in a month (still possible to take part in internal trainings both tech and non-tech related, knowledge sharing sessions and other internal company events)
