Lockheed Martin is responsible to deploy an NMRO solution (Naval Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) to modernize the Navy logistics MRO capabilities for both Aviation Maintenance and Maritime Maintenance. The solution is comprised of COTS capabilities to be configured and integrated with Navy legacy systems, and deployed using a DevSecOps Pipeline to support Software deployment, and automated security scans to support continuous ATO/Cyber accreditation. The solution integrated a 3D model Digital twin of the platforms, with embedded Data analytics, with predictive maintenance capabilities with AI/ML capabilities. The program is intended to support limited deployment at various squadrons, and Navy Ships, in addition to Shipyards to demonstrate the capabilities in the hands of the end user. The team employs an agile process throughout with focus on user centric design, and iterative capabilities to deliver capabilities faster to the end users.

The successful candidate will lead a team of systems and software engineers on a daily basis to help develop and deliver interfaces, data mapping efforts, as well as deliver customer required features. In addition, will be responsible for performing planning, system integration, system artifacts, as well as coordinating information with the team, customer, and other vendors.
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years system engineering experience.

- Understanding of system requirements and general understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle.

- Must have the ability to obtain a Security Clearance (requires US citizenship).
Desired Skills:
- Advanced degree.

- Familiar with agile tools and practices.

- Experience in Systems Engineering, Integration & Test and Requirement Analysis, DOORS.

- Experience and knowledge in SysML, IDD/ICD message tracing/troubleshooting with customer interfacing is also desired.

- Enterprise Architect (EA) or Cameo Modeling.

- Knowledge of Basic Systems Engineering knowledge of the V-Model.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
