The Opportunity
People Data Labs is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help scale out our internal applications and customer data automations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and building out our customer data, standardizing business logic to be used across teams, and building microservices that are the core of our internal business rules. You’ll be working with our applications team, web team, and revenue operations to ensure we have accurate and accessible customer data.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and refactor our business logic for services like:
- Customer usage tracking and billing
- Customer segmentation
- Account creation
- Work with our applications team to:
- Release new products
- Provide visibility into customer adoption to our revenue organization
- Build new features to ensure PDL’s product suite is enterprise ready
About You
- 3+ years of experience working with Python, Django, and PostgreSQL
- Experience building mission-critical internal applications which require:
- Comprehensive unit testing
- Ability to communicate with business and product stakeholders to ensure we meet customer expectations
- Creating cross functional internal documentation
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
- Experience working in the command line
Nice To Have
- Experience architecting, scoping, and refactoring legacy code into a more maintainable framework
Salary Range
$140K - $160K
