Overview Bigbear.ai is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team in either the Washington DC, Reston or Charlottesville, VA locations. This position is responsible for the entire software development life cycle - design, implementation, and customer support. What you will do Design and build capabilities that will enable customer feature delivery. Self starter able to work alone and as part of a team. Take ownership and responsibility for enhancing and maintaining the application. Provide expertise in the software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. Look for opportunities to reduce technical debt. Take primary responsibility for the architecture of the application. Investigate new technologies, and their potential applicability to the application. What you need to have Experience in the following: Software development .NET .NET Core WPF C# Working with SOAP and Rest Web Services Python/ArcPy Secure communication concepts, PKI ESRI background, or thorough understanding of GIS concepts ArcGIS ArcGIS Pro ArcSDE, ESRI data formats Portal, Workflow Manager Databases and Standards RDBMS and Elacticsearch experience Oracle, Postgres, PostGIS, - database design, management, SQL scripting XML, JSON, GeoJSON Clearance: Ability to obtain a government clearance. Qualifications
