Broadleaf Software Developers currently in this position are directly supporting the Communication Electronics Command (CECOM), Software Engineering Center (SEC) Command Control, and Communications-Tactical (C3T) Directorate, Project Manager Mission Command (PM MC) located in Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG).
Project Manager Mission Command (PM MC) develops, deploys and sustains integrated mission command and situational awareness capabilities to the Army and joint forces. PM MC delivers capabilities across the warfighting functions of movement and maneuver, command and control, fires, sustainment, protection, intelligence and engagement. Implementing the Army's Common Operating Environment, PM MC fields the Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) and Mounted Mission Command (MMC) while facilitating interoperability between CPCE, MMC and other CEs. PM MC uses an agile and effective development process to achieve both near-term deliveries to current systems and longer-term development to enhance mission command capabilities.
Currently, Broadleaf is seeking to add additional resources to our current Software Developer staff supporting PM MC and the C3T Directorate. We are looking for information security professionals to perform the following duties:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience capable of working independently or in a team leader to capacity to design, develop, and maintain software for a variety of engineering applications.
- Work with analysts to understand their analytic or interface requirements.
- Develop tools and interfaces.
- Design, develop, and test operating systems-level software, compilers, and network distribution software applications.
- Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements.
- Design embedded systems software.
- Experience using Powershell
- PL/SQL/Power builder experience
- Knowledge of JAVA, C#, and Visual Studio a plus
DESIRED SKILLS:
- WebApp experience
- .NET Core experience
- Thorough working knowledge of MVC design methodology
- ADFS work with OpenID (user account)
- Bootstrap experience
- Experience working in an Agile team with Agile culture/practices
- GitLab experience would be a bonus
CERTIFICATION(S):
- IAT Level II Required (Security+) preferred
CLEARANCE LEVEL:
- Active Secret Security Clearance
EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required.
