Responsibilities:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator will help architect our Salesforce system and help drive our Salesforce roadmap to advance our platform. They are responsible for the day-to-day support and administration of the Salesforce platform and all related extensions and data used in system integrations. A successful candidate will be an expert in Salesforce.com features including flows. This position is part of the Salesforce team that supports Sojern’s business operations for all teams including Management, Operations, Product Management, Strategic Planning and Analysis, and end-users to ensure the system meets business process requirements and keeps pace with changes in operations, policies and/or procedures. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will help architect our Salesforce system and help drive our Salesforce roadmap to advance our platform.
Manage new user setup, profiles, custom objects, record types, page layouts, formulas and Salesforce release management
Assist with the development of complex declarative automation including flows, approval processes and validation rules
Gather requirements to deliver and communicate enhancements to the Salesforce platform stakeholders
Provide end user support and training
Create and maintain technical documentation on system configuration and support resources
Seek out ways to utilize new Salesforce features and functionality to improve processes
Requirements:
Salesforce admin hands-on experience required 3+ years
Salesforce Administrator Certifications preferred
Trailhead Badges/Super Badges
Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge.
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
