Senior Infrastructure Engineer
SeatGeek is a product-centric organization that deploys code into production multiple times per day. As we grow, the scale of our infrastructure and operating environment will continue to increase.
As an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer, you'll improve the SeatGeek Enterprise technology ecosystem, release automation, and manage SeatGeek's production systems. SeatGeek has more services and deployments than developers, which means automation has to be the default when it comes to deploying, testing and managing our platforms. Enterprise Infrastructure is the backbone that supports SeatGeek Enterprise as we continue to grow our primary ticketing platform and support clients such as the Dallas Cowboys, Cleveland Cavaliers, and Manchester City FC.
What you'll do
- Develop and refine internal tools that help manage applications across the SeatGeek Enterprise portfolio
- Improve workflow automation across the Platform team, and the Enterprise organization
- Manage and enhance the Enterprise software application deployment process
- Participate in on-call schedule
- Assist with continued client migrations from legacy datacenters to AWS
- Partner with the engineering organization to help support them in getting the most out of our infrastructure tooling
- Train and collaborate with other departments on how to run production systems and deployments with autonomy
- Support teams with expertise in the areas of deployment, infrastructure configuration, and scalability in all parts of the stack
