Job Description: Parsons is seeking Senior Software Engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency Ground Based Midcourse Defense Program Office. Positions requires a candidates to analyzes computer software required to support hardware or technical service products of a major DoD System. Reviews system architecture and implements appropriate development and support tools to ensure product performance. Tests and debugs related software. Routinely conduct code inspection. Job Description:

• Analyzes computer software required to support hardware or technical service products
• Reviews system architecture and selects and implements appropriate development and support tools to ensure product performance.
• Tests and debugs related software.
• Perform Code Inspection
• Leads activities to develop and maintain complex architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs for software systems
• Provides technical leadership for software projects and leads software supplier management activities.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for software domains, system-specific issues, processes, and regulations.

Required Skills:

• Master's Degree with 12+ years experience or Bachelor's Degree and 20+ years experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Demonstrated C++ programming experience in a professional environment
• Experience in Code Inspection
• Object Oriented Analysis and Design
• Ability to Assist and lead peer review of code and other software related aspects of the system being developed

Desired Skills:

• MDA Experience with knowledge of MDA Assets, their configurations, operations, and connectivity

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
