The Role:

The Corporate Security Guard is responsible for overseeing the safety and security of Live Nation's Maple Drive location in Beverly Hills. The right candidate will be able to exercise discretion and effectively manage through stressful situations and consistently make effective, high quality decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
• Escort guests and vendors as necessary
• Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures that relate to the Beverly Hills locations.
• Oversee security staff or other employees performing security services.
• Assist Facilities and Corporate Security teams as needed
• Assign and schedule appropriate guard coverage during special events and office closures
• Train and provide feedback on contracted security guards.
• Write reports of irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Communicates with Manager any challenges or changes in contracted guard staff as necessary.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
• Minimum 5 years corporate environment experience in a similar role
• Valid Guard Card and/or documented knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
• A strong-sense of teamwork
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Position requires constant standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting and occasional carrying 50 lbs+
