RPA Developer
- Robot and Bot monitoring and reporting
- Bot utilization reporting
- Auditing of Bots
- Validate bot deployment readiness and ensure all activities are completed before Go Live date
- Coordinate with BU requestor for supervised run-in production
- Create and manage BOT schedules
- Plan and manage Robot maintenance activities
- L1 / L2 Support for Bots
- Review operational problems / issues
- Provide fixes problems / issues and minor change requests
- Ensure change impact assessments are completed
