Who We’re Looking For

Dandy is hiring a Quality Assurance Associate to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Quality team owns the quality success of the Fixed and  Removables business, making sure that our doctors get the highest quality products. In this role, you’ll own the quality control of products being vetted for our Operation teams. This is an in-person role; no remote option. 

What You'll Do

• Perform daily quality control of products from Dandy Labs to ensure internal standards and adherence. 
• Provide assistance to those less experienced in Dandy QC to serve the needs of cross functional teams ie. New Supply, PL, and Supply Managers 
• Write and maintain quality assurance documentation and SOPs
• Develop standard measurements for processes to be compared against 
• Investigate Refabs returns to root cause and mitigate quality  issues with cross functional team   
• Understand systems, processes, and procedures to perform quality assurance activities. 

What We're Looking For 

• 1-2+ year of quality assurance experience  - preferably in Dentistry 
• Experience in implementing SOPs and other quality documents 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to problem solve independently
• Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring superior quality standards for every case
• Flexible, able to adapt in a changing environment
• Positive attitude and consistently strong work ethic
• Comfortable with learning new dental terminology
• Desire to work at a fast growing, fully-digital lab
