Monitors, collects, and analyzes data for quality and/or investor/internal reviews. Documents quality issues and associated risk to which business process is subject. Ensures compliance with regulatory and/or investor requirements. Serves as Subject Matter Expert for quality issues and associated risk to which business process is subject.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct quality reviews of operational processes. Track errors and defects within the process. Provide data to enable reporting. Track adherence to requirements and assesses effectiveness of processes. Demonstrate a positive, organized, efficient, detail-oriented and creative mindset in all work activities. This position may require teammates to telecommute. When telecommuting is required, a telecommuting agreement will be leveraged to define work arrangements with management. High school diploma or equivalent education One year of experience in a back office operations area or customer service/call center environment Strong communication skills Demonstrate proficiency in basic computer applications, Word and Excel Demonstrate ability to use analytical skills to identify and escalate business issues
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of mortgage experience, quality oversight/assurance/control, mortgage servicing operations, risk management and/or regulatory compliance, process improvement experience specific to the functional area of position
