Responsibilities
What you'll do

• Identifies and executes significant org/ company wide initiatives and projects by understanding how technical capabilities align with customer needs.
• Works closely with business owners in building roadmaps aligned with business requirements and priorities
• Leads the design, architecture and implementation of projects effectively and efficiently driving to meet commitments for scope, timelines, and assuring high quality
• Provides mentorship and leadership to junior team members in the areas of technology, estimation, work breakdown, and culture
• Applies a deep understanding of organizational impacts to initiatives under their leadership and adjusts accordingly to meet the needs of ambiguous or changing requirements

Who you are

• You have broad based expertise in multiple software development technology stacks and methodologies
• You have extensive experience in leading the architectural design of multiple successfully deployed and maintained products/projects
• You have 10+ years of software development experience

• You have 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role

Specific to IAM

• You have successfully developed the engineering level requirements for a comprehensive end-to-end IAM solution
• You have s uccessfully led the design, architecture, work breakdown, implementation, and operational support handoff for a comprehensive end-to-end IAM solution

• You have led the analysis and selection of a full suite of IAM vendor applications that comprise a comprehensive end-to-end IAM solution
• You are fully engaged in the IAM community and continuously stay aware of new technology, processes, and tools available to improve IAM solutions
• You have an extensive knowledge of the areas th at must be addressed by IAM solutions including:
• On boarding and off-boarding
• Authentication and authorization

• User entitlement
• Request and approval processes
• Access provisioning and de-provisioning
• Rule enforcement
• Logging, reporting, and auditing

• Access review and certification
• Account reconciliation
• Error and exception handling
• Nice to have: IMI CIAM and/or CIMP certifications
